I had bought and sold a property from out of state and Bruce facilitated the entire transaction. From someone that does quite a bit of real estate, Bruce is experienced and there is nothing that surprises him. There were several issues/problems that came up and to say Bruce went above and beyond is a complete understatement. I’m convinced that if Bruce wasn’t my realtor, it would have taken at least another month or two before the property sold.
